Another Easter Egg Hunt was rained out but we still had fun. It was much more relaxing than Emma Tucker's. The class is all boys and they hunted eggs inside the classroom too. Will was the first one in and immediately started getting eggs and putting them into his basket (he calls it his purse... bless his heart). I'm not sure if they had practiced at school earlier this morning, but he sure knew what to do. Walker had a late start because he ran down the hall to another class for a minute. Walker didn't want the eggs in his basket.. he would throw them, dump them out or put them into the sink. They immediately figured out there was candy inside and began eating. It took this class of boys awhile to find the eggs because they were all too busy eating the candy instead of hunting the eggs. It was really fun watching the boys interact with the other children and Emma Tucker be a big sister. I was really proud of her too. She didn't even try to get the eggs because she knew it was her brother's turn. However, that didn't stop her from eating the candy too though. They had a great time and didn't want to leave school today. It helps that they love and have some really great teachers too. We are going to miss them desperately this summer.
